We support the following: - Apartment building common areas - Construction cleaning - Food trucks - Kitchens and restaurants - Move-in/Move out deep cleaning - Office spaces - Retail environment Basic commercial services include: • Floor maintenance includes power scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Comprehensive floor care services include stripping old finish, applying fresh wax for protection, and polishing to a high shine. • Encapsulation carpet cleaning involves applying a solution containing polymers that encapsulate dirt particles in the carpet fibers. Once the solution dries, it forms crystalline structures, making it easier to vacuum away the dirt and debris. This method reduces residue left behind, prevents rapid resoil, and helps maintain the appearance of carpets in high-traffic areas. Encapsulation cleaning is preferred due to its quick drying time and ability to prolong the life of carpets. • Disinfection services include thorough cleaning using EPA-approved disinfectants to ensure surfaces are free from harmful pathogens and viruses. • Equipment and surfaces are sanitized using industry-standard cleaning agents to eliminate bacteria and germs, ensuring a hygienic environment. • High-traffic areas such as lobbies, hallways, and common spaces undergo deep cleaning to remove dirt, grime, and stains from heavy use. Special services can be added for an additional fee i.e. deep cleaning, windows & glass surfaces, power scrub deep cleaning, move-in/move-out deep cleaning and any unique requests you may have. When booking your date/time you are required to pay the non-refundable, $50 Trip Charge. • If you proceed with the cleaning services and it is completed within the estimated timeframe, your trip charge will be applied towards your final price.
