Pricing ranges from $300+ based on the services selected for your booking. The ripple effect of the inability to execute a move-in or move-out as scheduled can be costly. With Tiffy's, your walk-thru inspections will be a breeze when it comes to cleanliness. We will thoroughly deep clean the space after one tenant moves out ensuring the space is fully prepared for a new tenant to easily move their items in with no stress of having to clean an area first. Additionally, for a small fee, we'll create a checklist for you of noticeable maintenance issues remaining so you can resolve the final items before your new tenant arrives. However, if there are no noticeable items reflected, there is no fee for this service. Use our online booking to ensure accuracy of the services scheduled and let's get your requirements met with the level of quality you've come to expect when working with us. Here are the services we offer: - Deep cleaning of the residential or commercial location. - Power scrub deep cleaning. - Windows and glass surfaces cleaned - book in bulks of 10 items. - Carpet shampoo and stain removal - All appliances cleaned inside and out. - Trash removal with proper disposal methods. - Sanitize all areas cleaned during this visit Special services can be added at an additional cost during your online booking. When booking your date/time you are required to pay the non-refundable, $50 Trip Charge. • If you proceed with the cleaning services and it is completed within the estimated timeframe, your trip charge will be applied towards your final price.
