Price range will depend on the services booked, square footage of the property, condition of your property, and number of hours required to provide quality cleaning services based on each of these elements. Following are the services we offer: • Janitorial services: Comprehensive cleaning services that include dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all office areas to ensure a clean environment. Regular sanitization of desks, keyboards, phones, and other commonly touched surfaces to reduce the spread of germs and maintain hygiene standards. • Clean common areas: Thoroughly clean break rooms and conference rooms including wiping down tables, chairs, countertops, and appliances, as well as ensuring trash bins are emptied and floors are cleaned. • Trash removal services: Efficient removal of waste from offices, restrooms, and common areas; includes replacing liners and ensuring proper disposal methods. • Carpet and upholstery care: Professional cleaning and maintenance of carpets and upholstered furniture to remove stains, dirt, and allergens, extending the life of these materials. • Restroom cleaning and restocking supplies: Detailed cleaning to sanitize toilets, sinks, and mirrors; replenish paper products, hand soap, and other necessities to ensure a fully stocked restroom. Special services can be added for an additional fee i.e. deep cleaning, windows & glass surfaces, power scrub deep cleaning, move-in/move-out deep cleaning and any unique requests you may have. When booking your date/time you are required to pay the non-refundable, $50 Trip Charge. • If you proceed with the cleaning services and it is completed within the estimated timeframe, your trip charge will be applied towards your final price.
